Open Discussion:
a) suggested e-mailing ballots this week
b) suggested email announcements of regular board meetings to all
c) suggested creating committees and assigning chairs at regular board meetings to get more people involved

Dwain elected as teller of elections. All agreed to put Dwain's Fax number (444-6217) on the ballots.

AWMA Scholarships
Dwain indicated that six to eight memberships are due and the membership drive will occur in April. All agreed that we need to find new sponsors for scholarships.
