Luncheon Meeting August 28, 2003
We invite you to attend the scheduled lunch meeting at McGuire’s Restaurant in Pensacola on Thursday August 28, 2003, starting at 11:30 in the Wine Cellar Room. Our Guest Speaker will be Greg DeAngelo, Division of Air Resource Management, New Source Review Section, FDEP Tallahassee. His topic will be “Emission Trends & Pollution Control Projects in the Pensacola/Northwest District Area.” The meeting will be free, lunch will not. See you there!

Scholarship Update
The Chapter will maintain the same level of scholarships we have given in the past. Two A&WMA Coastal Plains Environmental Steward Scholarships will be available at UWF, one at PJC, one at Okaloosa-Walton Community College and one at Gulf Coast Community College. Each scholarship is worth $800. Gulf Power provides a contribution to match our Chapter donation. Other companies, as always, are invited to donate money towards this important endeavor.

You Are Cordially Invited
The Board of Directors has formed standing committees for Membership, Newsletter, Publicity, Education and our Website. We are in need of a member volunteer to head the Publicity Committee. If you have any experience with corporate or business public relations or no experience but a willingness to promote our Chapter shamelessly, then you are the person we need. Other volunteers that can assist the remaining committees are welcome to contact the committee chairs, Membership - Dwain Waters, Education – Al Bressler, Website – Richard Lee, and Newsletter – John Meade. Thank you.
