R. Lee reviewed the contents of the website. The Board Members needs to be updated. C. Melton suggested that we include our official boundary in the website (Appalachicola River).

C. Arnold asked that the Newsletter include a call for volunteer(s) to head the Publicity committee. C. Melton suggested that we list the meetings in the “Meetings Section” in the Weekender. D. Mitchell suggested that we have a public service announcement regarding the annual Technical Meeting. D. Mitchell will investigate this. D. Waters suggest that we become more active in the Chamber of Commerce and include meeting announcements in their newsletter. LA Cich suggested that we do more promotion of the Chapter at UWF.

D. Waters has been emailing K. Arendt-Meyer about adopting the EIP / QEP program at UWF. If this is adopted, it would improve our student membership as well as the students’ preparation for an environmental career. K. Arendt-Meyer will be proposing this to his board at UWF.
