L.A. Cich suggested we provide participants with documentation that they attended the meeting in case they wish to file for their PDHs on their own. D.Waters said he can make certificates or can purchase blank certificates at Office Depot. D. Mitchell said he will try to make certificates for the participants. D. Mitchell suggested that we recognize any Florida Section members who attend our meeting.

Information regarding the Technical Meeting registration and agenda need to be placed on the website. C. Arnold also asked J. Meade to put together another newsletter. J. Meade stated that he is always looking for information to put in the newsletter.

A motion to adjourn was made by D. Mitchell. Motion second. Motion passed. The meeting was adjourn at 1310.
